easy access to parks and local eateries for weekend explorations
I chose this hotel for its fantastic proximity to local parks like Hessel Park, which is less than a 5-minute walk away, and great dining options just a few steps from the entrance, like Scottys Brewhouse and That Burger Joint, where I enjoyed delicious meals after long walks through the city.

i was just horrified to find that the shampoo bottle in my shower was empty, really? and don't even get me started on the fact that the air conditioning unit was loud enough to disrupt my sleep, it’s not like i expected peace and quiet during my stay, but i almost thought about giving a good review, but just couldn't.

The staff were all very nice and attentive.
I cannot believe our experience at this hotel. It was incredibly frustrating to arrive after our long trip, only to find they had switched us to a room with only one bed instead of two for our needs.

The room was spacious with a full kitchen—perfect for a family on the go! Easy check-in and check-out made life easier, and the indoor pool was a hit with the kids. Tons of storage kept our chaos at bay.
No bathtub? I guess I’ll have to sharpen my juggling skills with the kiddos! Oh, and with all that pet hair, I felt like I was being hugged by a furry blanket!

Had a great time with friends at this spot! We hit up the local parks nearby and scored some awesome meals at Scottys Brewhouse. The full kitchen in our suite was super handy, and the staff made sure we felt right at home. Breakfast was solid with some healthy options, and the indoor pool was a fun hangout for us.
The shower was a bit tricky to figure out at first, which was a hassle for a couple of us. It took a minute to get it right, but we managed in the end.

Yo, had a fab time at Home2 Suites! The full-size fridge was a game changer for my late-night snack raids, and the check-in by Ivy was smooth sailing. Plus, don’t get me started on the breakfast selection—waffles were a hit! Got to grab some ice cream from Oberweis just down the road, too. What a treat!
the pool had a weird film on top—I felt like it was a science experiment gone wrong. And the sofa in my room could’ve used a bit of sprucing up.

I really enjoyed the space in the Queen Studio. It had a full kitchen, which was perfect for my needs. The fridge was full-sized and super convenient. I appreciated the quick check-in process and the friendly greeting. The staff were responsive, especially when I had a lock issue. someone came up immediately to help. I noticed the breakfast area had decent selections, but the oatmeal was too runny and the eggs left a lot to be desired. I expected fresher fruits in the morning, so that could definitely use improvement. I did find some issues with the cleanliness. There were dust piles in some corners, and the bathroom door didn’t lock properly, which felt a bit insecure. I appreciated the size of the room, but the noise from other guests disrupted sleep a bit. Overall, it had good potential with some necessary upgrades.

great amenities but lacking some essentials
The suite was spacious with a comfortable layout that made my stay enjoyable. The breakfast offerings were delightful, especially the waffle station, which exceeded my expectations. The staff were consistently friendly and attentive, making check-in and check-out a smooth process. Additionally, the decor exuded a modern vibe, creating a welcoming atmosphere.
The absence of a bathtub was disappointing. a relaxing soak would have been nice.
